Mr. Willis serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for WW Associates Management & Consulting, LLC.  He maintains an active CPA license in the State of California.  Mr. Willis has more than 14 years of experience in the financial sector.  He served as a Finance Manager for one of the largest U.S. retail companies, Ross Stores, Inc. He has conducted internal and external audits of public and private companies nationwide, including 3 years at Ernst & Young, a Big 4 Accounting Firm. He has prepared Corporate Board meeting agendas and presentations. He helped ensure compliance with key regulatory Corporate filings, such as the Annual Proxy and Forms 10-Q/10-K. He formulates WWA’s financial strategies, ensuring through his creativity and innovation that we grow in a sustainable way. As CFO, he manages daily financial operations.
