Dan Davis serves as Construction Management Coordinator for WW Associates Management & Consulting, LLC.  Mr. Davis is a highly skilled Construction Manager with over 30 years of experience in the construction field.  A licensed General Contractor, he has been Owner/Manager for Trident Industies and Coronado Construction.  His hands-on experience includes working as a carpenter, electrician, masonry and heavy equipment operator.  He became a Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, General Contractor and Owner.  Mr. Davis has been involved in over 300 projects that expand both commercial and government.  His experience includes numerous design-build projects.

Historic Building Renovation – Replace Both Back and Front Decks for Building 41420, U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Huachuca, AZ.  Construction cost: $750,000

Design-Build project to produce demolition and design plans to correct structural and safety deficiencies while maintaining the historic character of the building. Scope includes repair, rebuild, and paint the porches, stairs, guardrails, and handrails; replace exterior light fixtures; replace gutters and downspouts; provide and install metal screen around the perimeter of ground floor; and repair historical rock-wall as required.  Mr. Davis performed construction management, including quality control (QC) for this project, conducting daily inspections, performing site inspections with the client, identifying construction deficiencies during construction and taking corrective actions.

Historic Building Renovation – Rebuild Existing Windows for Rodney Hall, U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Huachuca, AZ.  Construction cost: $175,000

Project entailed removing and replacing all existing windows in a historic building on Fort Huachuca.  This included removing and rebuilding all glass, frames, sills, casings, counterweights, trim, and screens, to match the original in size and configuration.  Windows were single pane to match historical consistency. Mr. Davis performed all construction management and oversight on the project including devising a system to ensure all pieces of the new window construction matched historic accuracy.

Santa Fe Spring Apartments – Sierra Vista, AZ.  Construction cost: $2.7 Million

This project consisted of constructing a new apartment building complex including grading, paving streets and parking areas, underground utilities, booster pumps for water access, and vertical construction of apartment complex.  Mr. Davis served as Construction Manager.

Barnes Army Reserve Center, Phoenix, AZ.  Construction cost:  $7 Million

This project consisted of a complete renovation of the 63rd regional command Barnes Army Reserve Center in Phoenix, AZ.  The contract was awarded to Kellogg Brown and Root through the Army Corps of Engineers.  Mr. Davis served as project manager, overseeing 30 different sub-contractors over this year long project. Mr. Davis finished the project ahead of schedule and in budget.

250 Private Homes Construction – Cochise and Santa Cruz Counties, AZ.  Construction Cost:  $67 Million

Mr. Davis oversaw the construction for over 250 homes in remote areas of Cochise and Santa Cruz counties in southern Arizona.  Mr. Davis was responsible for determining utility access and providing off-grid alternatives including solar power, septic tanks, and drilling private wells.  Construction also included paving drive ways, installing irrigation and landscaping, and holding ponds for storm water runoff.
